Basin Dispatch & Anticipation

Tickets for detected activity, automated vac-truck and bypass-pump dispatch routed around flooded roads, and pre-storm drawdown planning for storms, king tides, or both.

Detection run
Runs the I&I model on every basin and opens a ticket for each detected activity. Repeat detections bump the same ticket instead of opening duplicates. Projected overflows inside 120 min are dispatched automatically to the fastest free unit, routed by HERE around roads flooded at the current tide.

    Threshold alarms versus dispatchable work
    A level-only portal produces

“SC-0187 exceeded 4.5 ft.” A crew rolls, lifts the lid, finds water, and guesses. The same alarm fires again next week because nothing upstream changed.

    A correlated layer produces

“SC-0187 is rising 0.40 ft/hr while velocity falls, and the Restaurant Row interceptor spiked 40 minutes earlier.” That is a grease restriction, a pretreatment notice, and a fix that holds.
